The "Intergenerational Memory and Experience Sharing Workshop", organised by faculty members from the Gerontology Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Ondokuz Mayıs University and students from the Visual Arts Society of the Art Education Department of the Faculty of Education, will take place on Thursday, 17 April 2025, at the Atakum Nursing Home for the Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Centre. The event began at 3:00 PM with an opening and introduction session, followed by the "Cloth Bag Painting Workshop" held between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Organised by the Department of Gerontology, the event aimed to encourage the participation of elderly individuals in social life while also contributing to raising awareness among young people about the ageing process.
